The work

Good advice starts with understanding the business. Work directly with investment firms and startups to ask the right questions, read the policy details, and put clear options in front of the people making the decision.

  • Build relationships with clients and get to know their businesses, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Work through coverage needs, prepare submissions, and compare terms with insurers.
  • Explain the tradeoffs in plain language and stay involved through placement and renewal.
  • Work with our technical team to make the day-to-day work of a brokerage better.

What you bring

  • Sound judgment, attention to detail, and a habit of following through.
  • Experience advising commercial insurance clients and working with insurers.
  • Curiosity about investment firms and startups, and a willingness to learn their businesses in depth.
